Whether you are a student or practicing physician, the MedWord Master app will help you build a strong foundation in the spelling and definitions of almost 3000 medical vocabulary words. This app's innovative learning model focuses exclusively on the Greek and Latin prefixes, suffixes, and roots frequently found in medical terminology. Training with the MedWord Master app will unlock the meaning and spelling of medical terms that you have never seen or used before by establishing a strong core knowledge of the key components of these technical terms. The combination of audio cues and visual interaction make learning intuitive and fun. The multiple choice "meaning" mode is designed to promote learning and testing of the medical term definitions. The "spelling" mode will test your ability to spell medical vocabulary. For each answer you provide, the app offers feedback that promotes learning by displaying other words and definitions that are related to the current medical term. The medical vocabulary is categorized anatomically allowing you to focus your training and learning per body region or organ system. Additional information for each category is provided in the 90 group tutorials that are included with the app. Powerful reporting features allow you to track your learning and progress. The reports analyze your success and also highlight which words and groups merit additional attention to meet your learning goals.
